The Brief
OHC Leuven Football Club, Based in Belgium, contacted us to provide stadium field padding for their training ground. Stadium wall padding was to be securely fixed to the perimeter fence to ensure the players would not be injured should an impact with the fence occur.
The client also required the padding to be branded with the King Power, King of Duty Free logo and the colours were also specified by the football club.
The Solution
We used 80mm cross linked impact foam, mounted to an outdoor specification WPBP plywood backing and fully wrapped and heat sealed in heavy gauge vinyl. The pouter covering material has a rip-stop weave to protect against punctures from wayward studs. It is colour fast and designed for outdoor use in all weathers.
The Result
The end result is a very smart, professionally branded, safe padding solution.
Time On Site
The installation of over 100 padded panels took three days on site.
