The Brief
Our client required protective padding for flood lighting between the existing main ski slope and the newly constructed nursery slope.
The materials used had to provide maximum padded protection for the skier in the event of a collision while also being able to withstand sharp impacts from ski tips and ski poles.
The Solution
We used a high impact foam with a thickness of 80mm and covered the foam in a highly durable rip-stop weave vinyl.
All components used are suitable for permanent outdoor use, are colour fast and hot / cold cycle proof.
The Result
Safety padding for maximum protection for the user against impact.
Long product life span due to the high quality components used.
Time On Site
We installed impact padding along the sides of both the main slope and the nursery slope fencing, padding at the bottom of the newly constructed ski slope as well as the flood light padding, totaling a time on site of 5 days
